Hi, I'm Mike Zevitas, Co-Founder and CEO of Hatchbyte. I started this company after years of working with startups and seeing one common problem—great ideas struggling to get off the ground due to unclear tech, poor execution, or lack of support. My mission is to change that.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, React Native, and product design, I've helped build and scale everything from MVPs to production-ready platforms. I love working directly with founders, translating vision into strategy and code that actually ships.

With over a decade of experience in mobile engineering, Ashby combines deep technical expertise with a passion for elegant user experiences and scalable architecture. At HatchByte, she drives mobile strategy, team mentorship, and the delivery of iOS and Android applications that power real-world impact. Robert Turman - Full-Stack Engineer & Senior iOS Developer

Robert brings a strong foundation from a web-to-mobile development background and has grown into a seasoned full-stack engineer with a primary focus on iOS development. With experience spanning frontend, backend, and mobile ecosystems, he understands how to architect scalable systems end-to-end while delivering polished, high-performance user experiences on Apple platforms.

He combines a deep knowledge of modern web technologies with hands-on expertise in native iOS development, allowing him to bridge product, design, and engineering seamlessly. Robert is comfortable owning features from concept through deployment, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring clean architecture, maintainable code, and intuitive user interfaces.
